Tyler primarily uses photographic and conceptual mediums to complicate and articulate definitions of masculinity and gender. He is an MFA candidate in photography at the Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design at Georgia State University, and he received his BFA in studio art and graphic design from Keene State College in New Hampshire. His work was recently included in exhibitions at Aqua Art Miami in Florida, Site:Brooklyn in Brooklyn, New York and at Monmouth Museum in Lincroft, New Jersey. Tyler’s thesis exhibition will be exhibited at the Welch School Galleries in downtown Atlanta March 20 - March 24, 2017.
